The Mounting Tray is a must accessory for the box-style cooling units. Once the tray is permanently mounted in the car, the cooling unit can be strapped into place, assuring a safe, non-spill ride.

The Mounting Tray with strap comes in two sizes. Cool Shirt® part E MT-12 and MT-24.

The Cool Shirt® "Y" Hose can be used when two passengers are using the same cooling system.

If you are sharing your Cool Shirt System, each driver will need their own shirt.

The short sleeve Cool Shirt® t-shirt contains more than 45 feet of medical grade capillary tubing securely stitched on the front and back of each shirt, covering up to 40% of your body. It connects to any of Cool Shirt's compact cooling units via insulated hose with dry disconnects. The cooling unit circulates cool water to the Cool Shirt®. pulling heat from your body and keeping you cool even during the most heated racing.

The Temperature Control Switch gives the driver complete control of his/her comfort while in the race car by controlling the flow and temperature of water based on external temperature variation. Cool Shirt® part #FC-1.

Developed specifically for those applications that cannot accommodate a cooling unit, this system is an easy, affordable way to get quick, instantaneous relief from the heat. No pump or power source is required, a non-flammabl CFC-free freezing agent worn on the belt supplies cooling on demand.

Because it's completely self-contained, it is perfect for working the grid, garage or corners on those hot summer days!

The system includes one Cool Shirt® Cool Water Shirt, adaptor kit for shirt, one 12 oz. can of Port-A-Cool freezing spray and a sturdy holder that can be mounted anywhere or hung from the user's belt.

The long-sleeve fire-retardant FireWear® Cool Shirt® is SFI-3.3 Approved. Unlike standard NOMEX®, the FFR™ Fiber used in the shirt is designed to emit a noncombustible gas through microscopic pores in the fiber when the fiber is exposed to flame. This gas smothers the flames much like a fire extinguisher. FireWear® fabrics are blended with cotton and thus have many of the natural benefits of cotton: breathability, high-moisture regain, and lightweight comfort. The system comes in multiple configurations to suit individual cars/situations. The 12 qt Club System (shown) is the popular choice for most applications, while the 10 qt Round System is perfect for Spec Racer Ford and other cars with limited space. The 24 qt Club System provides the capacity needed for endurance racing or two-person applications.

The cooling unit and an internal pump supplies cooled water to the shirt through 8 ft. of double insulted hose. Just add ice and plug in the shirt. It's that simple! The optional Temperature Control Switch gives the driver complete control of the comfort level while in the race car. Total weight for the Club System is 4 lbs. (without ice/water)

For optimum cooling it is recommended that you use block ice.

The Cool Shirt® Portable Bag system is designed for race cars that have limited space with no room for the standard hard coolers. The sytem utilizes a lightweight, waterproof canvas denier bag with a 12V internal pump and insulated water hose. The bag can be strapped to the roll cage or framework, and removed from the car in seconds if portability is required (i.e. driving instructors)

Driving instructors and students are discovering its versatility as it can be fitted with a cigarette lighter adapter and easily moved from car to car as needed.
