Description A new Club Racing season is about to begin and there is no better place to start the new year than at the 48 Hours at Sebring.

Please read this carefully as the registration process has changed.

Registration is now a two-step process –
Step 1 – To register for the Club Race portion of the 48 Hours at Sebring (Friday - Sunday) use this registration site to select your driving options, (Sprint or Enduro) as well as any desired merchandise.

Step 2 – To register for the optional Thursday Lapping Sessions** of the 48 Hours at Sebring (Thursday - run under PCA DE Rules) Click here (All participating coaches must have their own 48 Hours at Sebring Test and Tune registration - some restrictions apply - see option details).

**These Thursday Lapping Sessions are for 48 Hours at Sebring Club Race Sprint and Enduro Club Race registrants only and you must be a registered participant in the 48 Hours at Sebring Club Race Sprint and/or Enduro races to participate in this one day event. Car #s will be matched to your Club Race registration car # request..

Run under PCA DE Rules these sessions are your opportunity to shake out the car and learn the track. These are not Club Race Practice sessions.**


Tentative schedule:
Wednesday
- 5:00 pm (or when the track becomes available) load–in/set- up will begin.
Thursday
- 7:00 am Lapping Sessions registration,Tech
- 9:00 am – 4:00 pm optional Lapping Sessions (PCA DE Rules - 2 Run Groups/max 85 registrants each.)
- 5:00 pm - Orientation Meeting (Mandatory for License Candidates) - Seven Sebring Raceway Hotel (Formerly Chateau Elan)
Friday – Practice Sessions, Fun Race, Party in Gallery of Legends Building
Saturday - Sprint Races, Dinner Party in Gallery of Legends Building
Sunday - a 90 Minute Enduro Race - 2 Enduro Run Groups - racing completed by 1:00 pm

Note: A portion of your entry fee to be applied to a seasonal membership in Gold Coast Region Porsche Club.

Agreement All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (sign waivers) and receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse Sebring International Raceway and/or the Gold Coast and Suncoast PCA Regions and/or the 48 Hours at Sebring Committee for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.

The points races at this Club Race will earn points towards the 2020 944 Cup East Racing Series as well as the 2020 PCA National Championship Series.

Rookie and Provisional License Candidates who complete the PCA Club Racing School and race at this event will have their 2020 License Renewal fee waived. Some restrictions apply - please contact the PCA Club Racing National Office 847.272.7764.

48 Hours at Sebring 2020 REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY – Revised
• A refund for a payment made in 2019 will have the credit card service fees deducted from the total amount paid.
• Any payment made in 2019 but cancelled in 2020 will not have the funds returned to the credit card, but will be handled by a check issued by Club Registration
• Full refund (less credit card fees) up to two weeks prior to the event – close of business January 15, 2020 (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received prior to this time.)
• Within two weeks of the event, half credit for the identical option for the following year – up to close of business January 29, 2020 (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received within this time.)
• Full refund for medical issues up to start of event – 8:00am, January 30, 2020. (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received prior to this time.)
• No refunds / credit once event has started – Thursday, 8:00am, January 30, 2020
• No refund on special order merchandise – Items may be obtained at track by authorized person. No merchandise will be mailed. 
• Refund for Dinner tickets up to 7 days of the event, January 23, 2020.
