I registered for the Carolinas Region Spring DE at CMP - but was not asked to make payment during the registration process. How is this accomplished?

Newbie here. . . what are the chances of getting off the waiting list for this event? Not sure of the process, and was hoping that more volunteer instructors would register and be able to take more GREENs. Thanks - Aaron

Aaron, we'll have a much better idea after this coming weekend. Folks that want to cancel and get a refund have to get it in by April 7th. Brian

Brian, Thanks for the follow up. I see the greens are maxed out at 25 cars. Would you ever let more in? I assume you are limited by the number of available instructors? Thanks,Aaron

Aaron, the limit is set by track density. We have a guideline for cars per mile in each run group. For the student groups at CMP, we stick to 25 cars on the 2.3 mile track. Brian

At the PCA DE Seminar, it was suggested that those in the Green run group plan to get with their instructor on Friday for an introduction / planning meeting / etc. When and where will instructor / driver pairings be announced? What is the suggested / best way for Green drivers to make contact with their instructor in advance of the DE weekend? Thanks.

Mark, Tech and Registration will be open on Friday from 5 pm til 6:30 pm. You should be through tech and ready to go in time for the Drivers meeting at 8 am on Saturday. - Brian
